You are the Ringmaster, the Crowd Control, the Master of Ceremonies for each guest’s breakfast experience!  You, my friend monitor the all sections of the restaurant for empty and clean tables, estimate wait times for guests, monitor the wait list, and ensure that all the needs of the guests are met while they are spending time with you up front! You are often responsible for answering the telephone, booking reservations and moving tables together to accommodate large parties.  The Snooze experience starts and ends with you!

Responsibilities

  • Maintain Host Stand, Coffee Station, and outside Patio area.
  • Help bus tables when needed, in order to seat parties. Making sure that each table is 100% ready for the next guests.
  • Help with answering phones, placing to-go orders, and entering them into the POS system.
  • Inspect assigned restroom every 30 minutes and clean as needed.
  • Respond appropriately to guest requests. Communicate guest requests to server as needed.
  • Assist the Crew as needed with food delivery, especially with large parties and during peak periods.
  • Be an adaptable member of the Crew-continually communicate and assist FOH and HOH.
  • Clean designated areas as assigned by the Snooze management staff.
  • Welcome each guest into the restaurant and thank them when they leave.
  • Seat each guest in a timely manner
  • Run a waitlist if needed on Snooze iPad
  • If on a wait keep the crowd excited and having FUN!!

Qualifications

  • Fun, energetic, and a committed Crew member
  • Must have a basic knowledge of Snooze service
  • Familiarity with POS and iPad systems
  • Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 9 hours).
  • Be able to safely lift food and drink, frequently weighing up to 20 to 25 pounds.
  • Prior experience recommended
