    The face and the embodiment of the Snooze breakfast experience!  My friend, you are the Master of Ceremonies, the Host with the Most!  Your job is to provide friendly, attentive, and timely service to create an exceptional breakfast and lunch experience for all of our guests.


    • Welcome guests to our home. Get to know our guests. Each and every guest is a VIP, and as a member of the Cast, it’s your job to show them that.
    • Knowledge of every one of the products that we sell. Knowing how they’re made, where they came from, when they’re best, and what they’re best with.
    • Learning about your guests, make recommendations you genuinely feel they will enjoy.
    • Know Snooze, our history, our building, our vendors, our products, and feel comfortable sharing our story with the guests.
    • Handle all food and beverage orders, and accurately enter orders in our point-of-sale system.
    • Be an invaluable member of the Cast and Crew; deliver food and beverages, seat guests, bus tables, wipe down walls, etc.
    • Perform side work at the start, middle and end of each shift according to our outlines.
    • Complete assigned portion of daily and weekly check-off list
    • Maintain a clean restaurant, from tables to terminals, refrigeration units to host stands.
    • Observe your guests and ensure the ultimate in satisfaction with the food, service and ambiance. Respond promptly and courteously to any requests.
    • In a timely fashion, prepare the bill, deliver said bill, process the bill, and thank our guests for dining with us.
    • Attends all scheduled employee meetings and brings suggestions for improvement.
    • Notify manager-on-duty any time a guest is not 100% satisfied with their experience.


    • Fun, energetic, eager and a team player.
    • Must fully understand and have knowledge of Snooze food, beverage, and service standards.
    • Must also be able to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of the restaurant’s staff.
    • Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (12 plus hours)
    • Possess basic math skills and have the ability to handle money and operate a point-of-sale system.
    • Be able to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food frequently weighing up to 20 to 25 pounds.
    • Experience highly recommended!
